Lavender Popsicle: A Delightful Way to Cool Down and Relax

To make lavender popsicles, you’ll need fresh or dried lavender flowers, water, honey, and lemon juice. Steep the lavender flowers in hot water, add honey and lemon juice, strain the mixture, and pour it into popsicle molds. Freeze for a few hours, and voila! You have a perfect summer snack that is both tasty and healthy.

Violet Lemonade

LAVENDER POPSICLES

¾ cup whole milk

5 tablespoons Lavender Honey

1-1/2 cups plain, non-fat greek yogurt

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the whole milk and Lavender Honey. Set over low heat until the milk begins to scald (water vapor forms, but the does NOT boil), stirring occasionally, Remove from heat and allow to sit for 2 hours.
  2. Stir yogurt into milk mixture.
  3. Pour into 9 popsicle molds and freeze for at least 5 hours, preferably overnight. When ready to eat popsicles, place under hot water for 10-15 seconds to help loosen the popsicle from the mold.
