Cherry City Honey Return Policy:

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item
to request a return.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Please inspect your shipment upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is
damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it
right. Please contact us at shop@cherrycityhoney.com

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,
unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt
or proof of purchase.

Merchandise purchased at the Cherry City Honey Farms store should be returned to our
store, in person, at:
1000 County Road 312
Bellevue, OH 44811

To return merchandise after receiving shipment, you must first contact us at
shop@cherrycityhoney.com

If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label as well as instructions
on how and where to send your package. Merchandise sent back to us without first
requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that we do not accept returns
from outside the USA.
We will notify you after we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if a
refund or exchange was approved.

Refunds
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company
to process and post the refund.
If the refund has not been received within 15 business days since approval, please

Shipping

 Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren’t perfect. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the day processing is complete. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the orginal order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
